This is my least favorite question in the inventory, mostly because for me the answer is almost always no. I have always been a little heavy and it is not healthy nor is it what I want. Pastors, ministry leaders and other leaders are notorious for not taking care of themselves physically whether it is weight, overexercise, sleep or others. Its also quite natural in church settings to be sitting a lot and eating a lot as the congregation always wants to feed you and its never diet friendly. Weight can impact health, image and focus. Its not about being a perfect weight or at the right BMI, but being at a weight that is acceptable for you, your body and history and your life. Its an important question to ask and address on a regular basis.
