Most ministry leaders, pastors and Christian leaders do a terrible job in paying attention to their own faith and their own relationship with God. This is a fatal error as we cannot give what we do not have and we must pay attention to our relationship with God. These questions are many ways is simple if we are willing to answer them honestly. When you look at your relationship with Jesus, what are the good, life giving things that bring great joy at the moment? Secondly, what are the things in your relationship with God that feel like a roadblock or challenge?
