All leaders should be learners. No leader, Christ-follower, disciple or even human being should stop learning. While there are always opportunities to learn, we must be willing to learn and receive those opportunities. We must also be willing to intentionally seek out opportunities to learn. Having earned my Doctorate, the last thing I wanted to do was more reading, more school or more assignments. That said, I know that I want and need to be a life long learner. The world is always changing and we always have more to learn, we never arrive. What can you do to ensure that you are a willing, life-long learner both intentionally and in the lessons of life and leadership that come our way?
