Goals are important. So often we are good with goals for our professional lives, ministry and work, but not for our self-care. When it comes to your physical well being, what goals are you going to set to have and maintain optimal health so you can serve well and for a long time? Self-Care, especially physical self-care does not happen on accident. It takes making it a priority, forcing it into your schedule and having a goal so that you can grow and be challenged and not easily give up, walk away or break a habit that helps with your physical self care.
